Job Description
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our Card Members, providing exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. Your expertise will be in high demand as you navigate the complexities of travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services, tailoring our products and services to meet the unique needs of each guest.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
- Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations that exceed their expectations
- Provide travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, accommodating the needs of our Card Members
- Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit the utmost professionalism in all interactions, even in high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, adapting to an ever-changing environment with ease and resilience
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, delivering exceptional communication skills that delight and exceed expectations
- Ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations that result in high satisfaction
- Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
- Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the Card Members' experience in all situations
- Resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and be resilient
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks
