Job Summary
As a Chat Brand Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to online customers on taylormadegolf.com. You will be the face of arenaflex, sharing your knowledge and passion for golf with customers, and helping them find the perfect products to suit their needs. This is a remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home, with a stable internet connection and a reliable sound output.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Be brand passionate – share your love and expertise for the game and brand!
- Use primarily TaylorMade golf equipment
- Ability to communicate to customers at a professional level
- Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any related media/searches
- Ability to compare and analyze any competitor products
- Thrive in fast-paced environment handling multiple chats at once
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years golf experience
- 2+ years club fitting experience
- In-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products
- Familiarity with similar products from other brands
- Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products (enthusiast to pro level)
- Able to type at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats at once
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Perks
* This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position
- Performance-based rewards redeemable for product and/or gift cards
- Chat interactions are paid out weekly on an hourly basis of $15
- Remote position from anywhere you can connect to the internet
