Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Providing product information, account assistance, and support for customers
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and rapport
- Following company policies and procedures for all customer interactions
- Documenting customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system
Essential Qualifications
