Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various social media channels. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values, and ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through various social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, escalating complex issues to senior support specialists as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer support efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert-level support.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and social media management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or business.

  • Experience with arenaflex's products and services.
  • Certification in social media marketing or customer support.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
