HR Business Partner - Senior Level
Our client, a dynamic organization within the Human Resources sector, is actively seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to contribute to their operations in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, US . This is a critical role responsible for partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives, foster employee engagement, and drive talent management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, a strong consultative approach, and a passion for developing people-centric solutions. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned business units, providing expert guidance on all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and organizational development. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, such as workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives. Facilitate the performance review process, coach managers on performance feedback, and support employee development plans. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. Partner with talent acquisition to attract and retain top talent, including developing effective recruitment strategies and on-boarding processes. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, assess organizational needs, and recommend proactive solutions. Collaborate with compensation and benefits teams to ensure competitive and equitable reward programs. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by championing company values and culture initiatives. Stay informed about HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive. Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus. Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role. Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and influence decision-making. Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems. Experience in managing employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
