Description: Under the supervision of the Recruitment Supervisor or Manager, partners with hiring leaders to develop sourcing plans for positions as assigned. Screens, interviews, and sells qualified candidates to hiring leaders. Sources and creates candidate pipelines through cold calling, networking, and social media. Participates in realistic job previews. Understands the business and actively seeks industry knowledge to continue to remain educated on industry standards and competition. Follows through with the employment process as defined by policy. Estimated salary range for this position is $56791.50 - $73828.95 / year depending on experience. Qualifications: Degrees:
- Bachelors.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor‘s degree preferred.
- PHR or other HR certification desirable.
- Minimum 1 year specialized expertise in recruitment, search firm and/or healthcare recruitment or Human Resources required.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems desirable.
- Knowledge of basic Boolean search string operators, sourcing, and social media preferred.
- Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, manage aggressive deadlines, multiple priorities and allocate appropriate time between positions assigned.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently follow through and successfully communicate verbally and in writing.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Beginner level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Programs.
