About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex to our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our Sales Leadership team to ensure that our messaging is aligned and consistent across all channels. Your role will involve:
- Providing top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving complex customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with our Sales Leadership team to develop and implement effective communication strategies
- Creating and delivering engaging presentations and content to internal and external audiences
- Establishing and leading a Center of Excellence for innovative sources in the US
- Developing and implementing innovative approaches to communication and messaging
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-8 years of experience in main communications or comparable experience in design or multi-media across various teams
- Exceptional keynote design knowledge with a strong innovative flair
- Exceptional writing skills to translate complex concepts into compelling speaking points or keynote presentations
- Self-controlled and independent, with high experience of duty and self-steering to be successful
- Out-of-the-box problem solver who owns the innovative system in the corporation
- Ability to efficiently collaborate with all team members in fast-paced environments with changing direction
- Visible as an innovative problem solver and leader in the corporation
- Ability to make clear decisions and stay calm while working under tight deadlines
- Handles large portions of work making thoughtful, well-timed decisions
Key Deliverables
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- External Top to Top/C-stage outside meetings
- Internal Town Halls/Conferences
- Business Plans/Account Plans with C-stage audience
- Lead a COE for innovative sources in the US, bringing the network together to share general methodologies and provide innovative over-web website to ensure messaging remains aligned
