About the Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of arenaflex's Voice of the Customer (VOC) method. This involves working closely with product and process owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs
• Growing knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the arenaflex Large Data Platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions
• Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners for expertise on functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to business groups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
