Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. You'll be responsible for:

- Assisting customers with account management, including resolving issues and providing product information and recommendations
- Documenting customer interactions in our system to ensure accurate records and seamless customer experiences

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
