About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our arenaflex team on a Work From Home basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and/or email, resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay current with industry trends.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong customer service background, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
