The Opportunity

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing teams by ensuring accurate and timely data entry. You'll work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements, develop and maintain databases, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Lead the data entry process for assigned sales and marketing teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Develop and maintain databases, reports, and other data-related tools to support business needs
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve overall data quality
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, data analytics)

• 3+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

• Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, data mining)
• Experience with cloud-based data management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Cloud)
