Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls from customers on behalf of our client, a prominent power company. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service support, including resolving power outage issues, making payments, creating payment plans, and starting/ending service.
- Offering additional products and services on every eligible call, such as surge protection, home wiring, and water heater repairs.
- Upselling and cross-selling to customers, with a focus on meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Managing multiple screens and entering data while engaging in conversation with customers, with a high level of technical proficiency.
- Meeting program goals around phone time, customer experience, sales, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior recent experience working as an inbound customer service agent for at least one year, with a proven track record of upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Technical savvy, with the ability to easily learn and navigate multiple screens and enter data while engaging in conversation with customers.
- Time management skills, with the ability to work remotely and meet various program goals around phone time, customer experience, sales, and other key performance indicators.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the power industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
