Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assisting customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
• Entering customer information and order details into the system accurately
• Upselling products and services to customers when appropriate
• Analyzing customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Resolving customer complaints or concerns effectively and efficiently
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
• Ability to analyze customer information to identify areas of concern with accounts
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
