A Day in the Life of a Remote Customer Service Representative
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, providing technical support and troubleshooting devices across arenaflex systems. Your day will be filled with:
- Relaying important information about our life-safety systems and services, updating customer accounts, and solving billing questions
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting devices across arenaflex systems
- Helping customers understand our noble purpose and providing customer lifestyle solutions
- Coaching, team meetings, or 1:1 development time to grow and develop your career at arenaflex

Requirements
