Job Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a high level of product and system knowledge to provide support to internal and external partners
  • Fielding daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products
  • Logging and documenting participant conversations/issues
  • Providing real-time technical support for participants using the automated phone system and employee website

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous open enrollment experience, preferably in a healthcare-related service
  • Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS
  • Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans
  • Ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, experience in a similar role in a healthcare-related service will be highly valued. Your skills and expertise will enable you to provide exceptional support to our clients and drive their success.
