As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and working closely with Service Managers to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one. If you're a team player with a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Take all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling and provide world-class service
- Work closely with Service Managers to ensure that every customer experience is exceptional
- Maintain a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies
- Stay up-to-date on marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide informed customer interactions
Qualifications:
* Proficiency on phones and computer, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers
- Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
- Organized, detailed, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Bilingual is a strong plus, but not required
