Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting calls with representatives to expand the reach of arenaflex
- Conducting appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to accommodate their needs
- Becoming fluent in financial products, including obtaining financial licenses such as Life and Series 6, with the option to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65
- Training and onboarding new hires, developing them into key team members
