The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to automotive dealerships, resolving customer issues, and delivering timely and accurate solutions. You'll be the go-to resource for dealerships needing help with orders, vehicle shipments, and warranty assistance. Your computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and positive attitude will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide fantastic service over the phone, using your computer skills to research requests, track vehicle shipments, and assist with car warranties
- Escalate critical orders and offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations
- Use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide consultative support
- Collaborate with dealerships to resolve issues and provide exceptional support
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to deliver the highest level of service
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent computer, typing, and phone skills
- Ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to act as a consultant and resolve customer issues
- Solid work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Eligibility Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Available to work during the hours of operation, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- Michigan resident, with high-speed internet access at home and a cellular phone
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
Nice to Have
* Degree in a relevant or related field, such as business, communications, or computer science
- Experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of auto dealer support and vehicle shipments
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
