Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Amazon Customer Trust and Relations

Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Defining and maintaining the bar for external-facing content, ensuring that it aligns with arenaflex's brand voice and messaging
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including product owners, PR, and public policy teams, to develop versatile content cycles that showcase arenaflex's commitment to customer trust and security
• Drafting and editing business reports, press releases, and other external communications to ensure accuracy, style, and tone
• Developing a content guide with client trust group program leaders to ensure consistency and quality across all external-facing content
• Leading content audits with senior management and client trust group program leaders to identify areas for improvement
• Working with product, technology, and business teams to define content for external partners, ensuring that it aligns with arenaflex's brand messaging and values
• Creating new client trust content, including blog posts, newsletters, stories, and press releases
• Acting as a speechwriter for senior leaders, developing and delivering compelling, executive-level presentation materials (slides, notes, scripts, and messaging documents)
• Identifying and building relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to support content creation

Essential Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in communications, journalism, or a related field

• Experience in corporate communications, marketing, or external affairs roles
• Strong understanding of AP style writing and ability to adapt to different tone and style guidelines
• Experience writing for web or blog content, including using CMS tools
• Intensive understanding of writing for a specific audience and integrating brand voice guidelines
• Solid content creation and editing foundation
• Bachelor's degree in English, technical writing, or a related field (or equivalent professional training)

Preferred Qualifications

* 4-year college degree in English, technical writing, or a related field (or equivalent professional training)

• Experience working as part of a global team with remote partners
• Experience working in a fast-paced content development environment
• Familiarity with markup languages like HTML or XML
• Strong portfolio or ability to complete a writing exercise
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
