Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our HR team and stakeholders. Your primary duties will include:

• Providing timely and accurate assistance to employees and management on HR-related matters, including benefits, time-off requests, and other HR-related inquiries
• Responding to employee requests via phone, email, or other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files, benefits, and time-off requests
• Processing HR transactions, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping
• Collaborating with HR partners to resolve complex cases and ensure a positive employee experience
• Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry best practices to provide accurate information to employees and management
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Performing other duties as assigned by the HR team

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3 years of experience in HR or a related field, or a combination of education and experience
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HR cycles and procedures, including benefits, time-off requests, and other HR-related matters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees and management at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex cases and ensure a positive employee experience
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
