Job Responsibilities

As a QA Analyst & Customer Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers through our live chat tool on our website. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via live chat, responding quickly and effectively to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Writing support documentation to help customers troubleshoot common issues and improve their overall experience
  • Creating engaging product videos for support, including writing, recording, and editing scripts
  • Responding to support inquiries and relaying customer feedback to the correct departments
  • Working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve our products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical expertise: You should be tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of software applications and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication skills: You'll need to be an excellent communicator, with strong reading comprehension, listening, and writing skills. You should be able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Customer service skills: You should have a strong customer service background, with experience in live chat support and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Video production experience: You'll need to have experience in video production, including writing, recording, and editing scripts.
  • Video editing experience: You should have experience in video editing, with a strong understanding of video editing software and techniques.
  • Attention to detail: You'll need to be detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy in your work.
  • Time management skills: You should be able to manage your time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience with arenaflex software or similar filmmaking platforms
  • Knowledge of filmmaking principles and practices
  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
