Your Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Resolving complex customer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
• Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
• Providing support to policyholders with policy changes and recommendations
• Using excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to customer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 6 months of customer service experience minimum
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High school graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• 6 months of call center experience, preferred
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
• An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
• Proof of internet speed required
• A clean and quiet workspace
