Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems, ensuring seamless client experience and timely payroll processing. Key Responsibilities
* Enter data into internal and external systems with high accuracy and efficiency
- Load client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases
- Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses and contact information
- Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure integrity of client taxes
- Maintain accurate account information and ensure timely payroll processing
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in a fast-paced data entry environment
- Familiarity with payroll processing and client management systems
