Job Summary
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote, full-time position, requiring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a professional and empathetic manner
- File disputes and shut down debit cards for safety in cases of suspected fraud
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Work independently in a remote environment, using a wired high-speed internet connection and a smartphone or landline phone for remote queue connection
- Participate in virtual classroom training and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Background check required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use a wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (no Wi-Fi)
- Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) smartphone
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Experience with customer outreach, collections, telemarketing, or sales
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
Training and Development
* Virtual classroom training scheduled to start on Wednesday, October 30, 2024
- Training schedule:
+ Week 1: Wednesday (5PM-10PM), Thursday (9PM-2AM), Friday (9PM-2AM), Saturday (5PM-10PM), Sunday (5PM-10PM) + Week 2: Monday (off), Tuesday (off), Wednesday (9PM-2AM), Thursday (9PM-2AM), Friday (off)
