The Opportunity
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive prompt and effective support, even during the most challenging hours. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, assessing their needs, and dispatching technicians to job sites. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from prospective and current customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Accurately enter customer and appointment information into our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and data management
- Schedule appointments and dispatch on-call technicians to urgent customer needs, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring complete satisfaction and loyalty
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or dispatching role, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong phone contact handling skills, with the ability to actively listen and respond to customer needs
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
- Familiarity with CRM systems and software, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in high-pressure situations
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of communication and collaboration tools
Requirements
* Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with state and federal law
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Schedule and Location
* Work from home 90% of the time, with in-office visits twice per month
- Schedule: Friday - Monday, 7 PM - 7 AM
- Location: Mostly remote, with occasional visits to our office in Golden, CO
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate of $18/hour, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives
