The Role

As an Online Support - Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers, and providing them with exceptional support and solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to establish consultations and conduct discussions with union members requesting our benefits
• Utilizing simple computer knowledge to navigate our systems and complete necessary paperwork
• Ensuring quality assurance and leadership development through continuous improvement and training
• Interacting successfully with individuals and teams, maintaining good customer connections, and providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborating with management and staff members to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Exceptional customer association and interaction capabilities, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently
• A positive and beneficial mindset, with a fantastic energy and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• The ability to interact successfully with individuals and teams, including all levels of management and staff members
• Strong teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
• Legally licensed to operate in the US, Canada, or UK
