As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for interacting with visitors on our client's websites via online chat software, providing quick and accurate assistance, and promoting interest in client products and services. Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
• Promoting interest in client products and services
• Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
• Providing administrative support to the customer service team
• May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Qualifications
