Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging with customers through live chat, answering their queries, guiding them on product choices, providing sales links, or sharing discount codes
• Offering immediate and effective solutions to customer inquiries, enhancing their experience and building brand loyalty
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
