Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely, accurate, and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents for Personal Lines products and programs
- Independently solving problems relating to policies within scope and escalating others as appropriate
- Identifying, analyzing, and owning customer policy needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth, and retention of business
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry developments
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An active Producer insurance license in addition to at least 1 year actively using the license
- A strong understanding of insurance products and industry developments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Reliable internet connectivity with an upload speed of at least 5Mbps and a download speed of at least 25Mbps
- A quiet, secure, distraction-free place to work
Preferred Qualifications
