As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations team by accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting the arenaflex Transportation Fleet: You will work closely with our transportation team to ensure that all data related to our fleet is accurate and up-to-date.
- Consulting and communicating with managers: You will work with our managers to outline and prioritize business needs, ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Integrating multiple data assets: You will integrate data from various sources into our database platforms, ensuring that our data is accurate and consistent.
- Building, creating, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets: You will create and maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets to support our operations team.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst: While not required, previous experience as a Data Analyst is preferred.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Excel: You must have previous experience with Microsoft Excel, as this will be a critical tool for your success in this role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access: Proficiency with Microsoft Access is preferred, but not required.
