Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrating excellent customer care and focus, with a strong emphasis on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
- Assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, with a focus on meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
- Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
