Job Responsibilities and Skills

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing data analysis strategies to extract insights from complex data sets
• Developing and maintaining data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Analyzing and interpreting large data sets to identify trends and patterns
• Developing and maintaining data models and statistical models to support business decisions
• Communicating complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reporting

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver in-depth virtual advertising and internet analytics insights using advanced quantitative and medical strategies to business evaluation associated with overall performance advertising

• Help to drive the definition of a dimension plan for key consumer experience experiences, promotional campaigns, .com testing, personalization
• Prepare analyses, reports, dashboards, and displays to senior management in a layout applicable for the target market
• Convey complex analytics in a comprehensible manner to non-technical and technical stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, ongoing data validation, and clearing up any data integrity issues
• Manage and work with internal and external partners in the analytics area to grow arenaflex's maturity in performance marketing

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in data systems, computer science, or a quantitative field such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance

• Five (5) years of work experience in data analysis and evaluation, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, and/or predictive analytics
• Proficient in analytics software and applications
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView

• Familiarity with data management systems such as SQL, Oracle, or MySQL
• Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices
• Experience with agile project management methodologies
