Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing and completing data entry-related duties, collaborating with the marketing team, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities

* Process and complete data entry-related duties, including data collection, data entry, and data validation

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and timely data entry
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's systems, processes, and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve data entry errors and discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Strong communication skills (English – verbal/written)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and systems

  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Experience working in a hybrid remote environment
