Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Customer Support Associate, you'll play a critical role in responding to customer inquiries through in-app chat and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions and concerns. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries through in-app chat and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions and concerns
- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Basic English writing skills required; proficiency in multiple languages a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or remote
- Experience with live chat software and customer support platforms
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a similar industry
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
- Experience with social media platforms and online communities
