Job Summary
As the Full Stack Customer Support Manager for Disney Getaway Club, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer support professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our sales and lead teams to drive business growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of customer support professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with sales and lead teams to drive business growth, develop and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and loyalty
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer support operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and loyalty
- Provide training and development opportunities to customer support team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Disney partners and advisors
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement technology solutions that enhance customer support operations
- Analyze and report on customer support metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer experiences
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of the customer support cycle, including customer engagement and loyalty strategies
- Experience with workforce management and evaluating functional assets
- Ability to identify, develop, and invest in talent within your team to drive commitment, collaboration, and overall job satisfaction
- Strong leadership and direction skills, with the ability to drive Cast performance and functional upgrades
- Commitment to diversity and creating a comprehensive workplace
- Ability to collaborate with partners and provide solutions that align with key objectives and support dynamic cycles
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to focus on and manage projects and deadlines in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
- High-level proficiency in using various computer programs, including video conferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, as well as Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel and work on-site at Disney Journey Line
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a Visitor Experience Manager
- Knowledge of Walt Disney World strategies and techniques
- Labor force management experience
- Experience with continuous improvement processes
- Experience really overseeing vendor relationships
- Proficiency in using software like Avaya/Telecom and customer relationship management (CRM) programs
- Experience with IT systems to plan virtual show meetings
