Job Summary
As a Disability Access Service Video Chat Specialist, you'll play a critical role in assisting Guests with disabilities and providing support for their accessibility needs. You'll be responsible for registering Guests for the Disability Access Service, providing technical support for the website and My Disney Experience application, and ensuring an outstanding experience for all Guests. This is an hourly position that requires a strong customer service background, technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Register Guests for the Disability Access Service and provide support for their accessibility needs
- Assist Guests with their digital experience through the website and My Disney Experience application
- Provide technical support for various systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
- Handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving decision-making skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless Guest experiences
Essential Qualifications
* Sales and Service Experience in a customer service or contact center environment
- Knowledge and interest of Disney property, products & services
- Technical abilities and computer proficiency with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications
- Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from Guests
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a contact center environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
- Familiarity with Disney property, products & services
- Experience working with Guests with disabilities
