Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As the face of our customer, you'll be responsible for crafting meaningful connections and creating a welcoming environment for our passengers. You'll interact with customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related issues. Key Responsibilities

* Interact with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention

  • Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations
  • Work daily with a safety mentality, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for ourselves and our customers
  • Navigate complex situations with composure and adaptability, resolving issues and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Collaborate with colleagues, assisting and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies

Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
  • Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards

  • Experience working in the aviation industry
  • Knowledge of airport operations and procedures
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
