Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing empathetic support to our clients. Your daily tasks will include:
- Handling customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and empathetic manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding their accounts and services
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Background check required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (No Wifi)
- Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) Smartphone
- Either Smartphone or Land Line Phone used for remote queue connection
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, collections, telemarketing, or sales
- Experience working in a remote call center environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Training and Development
arenaflex provides comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure that our customer service representatives have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:
- Virtual Classroom Training: Our training program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. Our virtual classroom training is scheduled to start on Wednesday, October 30, 2024.
- Ongoing Training and Development: We provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that our customer service representatives have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role.
Schedule
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including:
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
We offer three full-time scheduling options and two part-time scheduling options. These options include:
- Full-time scheduling options:
+ Saturday: 5P-2P + Sunday: 5P-2A + Monday: Off + Tuesday: Off + Wednesday: 9P-6A + Thursday: 9P-6A + Friday: Off
- Part-time scheduling options:
+ Saturday: 5P-2P + Sunday: 5P-2A + Monday: Off + Tuesday: Off + Wednesday: 9P-6A + Thursday: 9P-6A
