Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You'll provide solutions to help simplify their health care experience, while also learning more about health care and expanding your own experiences. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options, allowing you to balance your priorities in and outside of work.
