Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining complex data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision making
- Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions
- Communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise reporting and presentations
- Developing and maintaining data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Power BI
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong experience with SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Power BI
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations and strategy
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data science tools such as machine learning, natural language processing, or deep learning
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
