Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Strategy and Portfolio Consultant, you will be responsible for championing the development, tracking, and socialization of our comprehensive Customer Organization Plan and Strategy. You will lead the development, management, tracking, and monitoring of Customer Organization performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Champion the building, tracking, planning, and socialization of the comprehensive Customer Organization Plan and Strategy

  • Lead the development, management, tracking, and monitoring of Customer Organization performance against KPIs
  • Monitor the Customer Portfolio, including tracking risks, issues, and scope management
  • Develop executive-level presentations related to projects or the Customer Organization plan
  • Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships throughout Customer, Commercial, and Operations Teams

Requirements

* Knowledge of project management, strategic planning, and portfolio management principles

  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and creating high-quality, Executive-level presentations
  • Ability to deliver a high volume of Executive-level presentations in short periods of time
  • U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer strategy, portfolio management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing customer-centric strategies that drive business growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer strategy and portfolio management
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile

  • Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
