Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Quality Assurance Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for reviewing product knowledge and customer care call coaching to employees, ensuring adherence to customer interaction standard processes, transactional accuracy guidelines, regulatory compliance, and company policies within our contact centers. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of customer service that arenaflex is known for, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the team's performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Influencing and educating your peers by setting an example, providing direction, and generally raising the level of performance of others while on the job
- Providing feedback to peers and leaders to ensure quality and timeliness expectations are met
- Providing review updates on quality and/or timeliness expectations
- Taking calls to maintain personal proficiency and support office-level goals
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Attending and presenting at calibration meetings to achieve consistency in the review process
- Facilitating training for new hires and rotational employees as required
- Ensuring timely reviews occur
- Identifying trends and assisting with specific training needs as requested
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service quality assurance role (Preferred)
- Strong customer-centricity skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Digital literacy, with experience working with various software and technology platforms
- Inclusive leadership skills, with the ability to influence and educate others
- Learning agility, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving high-quality results and meeting deadlines
