Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records of client communication, adhering to organizational policies and confidentiality standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is preferred, particularly in customer service or crisis intervention
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-stress situations
  • Proficient in using computer systems and live chat software, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms and tools
