Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support & Sales Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our inbound customer support and sales channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer support through phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Utilizing your expert sales skills to up-sell and cross-sell relevant products and services to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their pain points, and providing tailored solutions to address their concerns
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed and effective support
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 12 months of telesales experience in one role, within the last 3 years
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on sales and customer support
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and its products and services
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field
