Job Description
As a Remote Guest Service Representative / Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone. Your primary goal will be to deliver a seamless and personalized experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed
- Administering check-ins and check-outs
- Providing front desk services to guests, including room assignments and administrative duties
- Delivering mail and messages
- Processing guest payments
- Coordinating with bell service and staff management
- Being a source of information to guests on various matters, such as transport and restaurant advice

Qualifications
