Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Dallas, TX, with the option to work from home. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for analyzing large data sets, identifying causal relationships, and predicting future outcomes of key business drivers. You'll work on a wide range of projects, including data discovery and visualization, statistical modeling, and business intelligence. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze large data sets to identify causal relationships, explain trends, and predict future outcomes of key business drivers

• Work on data discovery and visualization skills using a combination of languages and tools, including SQL, R, Python, SAS, MATLAB, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Design, maintain, and update interactive online dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms, including regression, cluster analysis, classification, random forest, sentiment analysis, A/B testing, optimization, factor analysis, time series analysis, dimension reduction, variable selection, and other analysis such as ANOVA, F-Test, T-test, Cross-Validation, and experiment design
• Work on automate data extract, transform, and load process to ensure data quality and integrity
• Conduct end-to-end analyses, including data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations
• Provide insight on data and research activities, including team productivity, sales performance, and economic impact
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
• Work on query platform on Microsoft SQL server to ensure data accessibility and integrity

Essential Qualifications

* Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Analytics or Computer Science

• 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
• Strong understanding of data discovery and visualization skills using a combination of languages and tools, including SQL, R, Python, SAS, MATLAB, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Experience designing, maintaining, and updating interactive online dashboards
• Strong programming skills in R/Python with add-on packages, including pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and scikit-learn
• Experience working on automate data extract, transform, and load process
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct end-to-end analyses and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a wireless and telecommunications industry

• Familiarity with statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms, including regression, cluster analysis, classification, random forest, sentiment analysis, A/B testing, optimization, factor analysis, time series analysis, dimension reduction, variable selection, and other analysis such as ANOVA, F-Test, T-test, Cross-Validation, and experiment design
• Experience working on query platform on Microsoft SQL server
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, including PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Experience working on data discovery and visualization projects, including data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations
