Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team, where you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers through phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS messages. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, resolve complex issues, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS messages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior support specialists as needed
- Utilize Zendesk to manage customer interactions, track issues, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide expert support to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a higher education setting
- Strong technical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Zendesk or similar customer support software
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
