Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls from customers with questions, concerns, or issues related to their accounts
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or website, utilizing information learned during training and resources available through our knowledge management systems
- Identifying customer needs to ensure complete and accurate information is provided
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and difficult situations in a calm and empathetic manner
- Processing required transactions via web-based applications
- Submitting research requests in a concise and accurate manner
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of arenaflex and client programs, policies, and technology
- Communicating effectively in a warm and empathetic manner
- Adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals
- Providing support to other positions/operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher experience
- Customer service experience
- Working knowledge of computer and Windows personal computer applications
- Ability to successfully pass a background check, credit check, and security clearance (fingerprints)
- Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
- Ability to work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule, taking high-volume calls from consumers
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years of previous call center experience
