Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center Operations

What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing a computerized data entry system to navigate and resolve customer requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates, and other payment and account-related inquiries
  • Providing standardized or scripted responses using basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes
  • Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution
  • Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients, including association guidelines and compliance
  • Frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training to resolve card holder inquiries

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite within the last 18 months
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule
  • Ability to work hours as assigned, including 24/7 Call Center operations
  • Willingness to be on camera during work hours
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in data entry systems and relevant applications
  • Ability to learn and apply job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks

  • Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice
  • Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments
  • Works under close supervision
