About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for planning and executing travel itineraries for our clients, both leisure and corporate. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and then create customized travel plans that exceed their expectations. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that every client has a memorable and enjoyable travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Research, create, and execute travel itineraries for clients, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, events, and more
- Review individual client needs and wants to ensure that every travel plan is tailored to their unique preferences
- Review budgets and plan client trips accordingly to ensure that every client stays within their budget
- Effectively communicate with clients pre and post-travel to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Handle client issues that arise before, during, or after travel, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
- Complete ongoing training and certifications to stay up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends and developments
- Attend webinars and workshops with vendors and suppliers to expand your knowledge and expertise in specific destinations and types of travel
- Remain current regarding changes within the travel and tourism industry, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible service to our clients
Essential Qualifications
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable internet access and a computer or smartphone
- Hospitality, customer service, or sales background is a plus, but not a requirement
- Personal travel experience is a plus, but not a requirement

* Experience in the travel industry or a related field
